My Code of Ethics
What I believe in
Honesty
When it comes to honesty, in my past experiences, it's essential to running a successful company. There's no room for sugar coating answers people don't want to hear. Getting straight to the point immediately leads to a quicker resolution and showing you are transparent with EVERYONE looks amazing for whatever brand you are representing.
Loyalty
Loyalty is another effective workplace morality standard that I live and breathe by. I hope to work for the same company for as long as possible, develop thorough connections in the community I'm in, and develop connections with players, coaches and other full-time staff for whatever minor or major league sports team I work for in the future.
Respect
If colleagues don't respect each other in the workplace, that can lead to a toxic work environment where EVERYONE is affected, and the workflow gets disrupted. Its crucially important to be open to diverse opinions and constructive criticism, and be open to it. You may not agree with what a co-worker or boss is saying, but it is essential that you handle it in the most professional way possible and work together to find a solution that benefits all parties involved.
Excellence
If you are going to work on anything, whether its for personal gain or for your professional career, why would you put out work that isn't your best? Doing the necessary amount of work for each desired task is a hard to manage. It is important in the fact that you do not want to drain yourself at work, or in personal life. It's crucial to find that balance of "excellence" between the two, and maximize efforts for each to live the perfect balanced lifestyle.
